Your assessor will identify themselves when arriving for the appointment.
The assessment may require access to areas such as loft spaces, heating controls, meters and other relevant parts of the property.
Photographs are taken where required as evidence for the assessment and quality assurance process.
Rooms, walls, windows and other property features may be measured as part of the survey.
Once completed and processed, your EPC will be lodged and made available digitally.
