What to expect at your assessment

  • • A responsible adult should be present where required.
  • • Photographs and measurements will normally be taken as evidence.
  • • Access to relevant areas such as lofts should be available where safe and practical.
  • • The final EPC rating cannot be guaranteed or predicted before assessment data is processed.
  • • EPC recommendations are produced according to the approved EPC methodology.
